BERRY SPICE
PANCAKES

SERVINGS: 14 - 16 PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

1.

Preheat griddle to 375°F (medium heat).

2.

In a medium bowl, place Snoqualmie Falls Lodge® Pancake & Waffle Mix, water, eggs, cinnamon and nutmeg.

3.

Using a wire whisk, stir until blended. Gently fold in berries.

4.

Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto preheated griddle.

5.

Cook 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Turn only once.

BANANA SPICE
PANCAKES

SERVINGS: 15 - 18 PANCAKES

In a medium bowl, blend together all ingredients using a wire whisk. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto preheated griddle.

Cook 1 - 1 1/4 minutes on each side. Turn only once.

OATMEAL SPARKLING CIDER PANCAKES

Apple Cider Syrup Ingredients

INSTRUCTIONS

Pancakes Instructions

1.

In a medium bowl, blend together all ingredients using a wire whisk. For thicker pancakes, allow batter to sit for 5 minutes.

2.

Pour ¼ cup batter for each 5-inch pancake onto preheated griddle or pan. Cook until small bubbles cover entire surface or 1-1¼ minutes on each side until golden brown. Turn only once.

3.

Serve hot with apple cider syrup.

Apple Cider Syrup Instructions

1.

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until thickened. Serve warm.

Place butter and honey in a small bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat on low speed until smooth.
